Huevos con Chorizo - Two Scrambled egges mixed with Mexican suasage and served with black refried beans and house potatoes.
Huevos Rancheros - Two fried eggs over corn tortillas topped with Ranchero Sauce served with black refried beans and house potatoes.
Chilaquiles - Fried Tortilla chips simmered in a spicy tomatillo salsa topped with queso and crema fresca served with two eggs on the side and potatoes.
Torrejas con Miel o Cajeta - Traditional Mexican style French toast topped with your choice of honey or cajeta.
Enchilades de Mole - Homemade corn tortillas stuffed with chicken and topped with homemade mole (Mexican cholcolate) sauce, crema fresca, sweet onions and queso fresco. Served with poblano rice and black beans.
Coffee, tea, orange juice, and soda included. Each table served Guacamole de la casa, fresh fruit plate with yogurt.

Frita Rita - Frida's signature frozen margarita made with Manick Reposado tequila, frech guava puree and fresh lime juice; topped with blood orange.
Diego Rita - Anejo Manik tequila, fresh lime juice and a splash of orange juice; topped with Grand Marnier. Served on the rocks
Agave Maria - Reposado Manik Tequila and Bloody Mary mix from Frida's house recipe.
Mojito Norteno - Tradional Cuban recipe made with Blanco Manik Tequila.
